We set out the order of works, access equipment, welfare, permits and any phasing around your continuing operations.
Step 4
Coordinate and deliver
One team runs the clearance, cleaning and associated works, with regular progress updates as the unit empties.
Step 5
Review, document and prepare for handover
We walk the unit with you, record the finished condition and prepare it for inspection or the next occupier.
